Return policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. As such, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and be confident with your shopping experience with us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligibility

We will offer an exchange, a store credit or a refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:

  1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
    and
  2. You have your receipt or proof of purchase; and
  3. Items are in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in its original and undamaged packaging.

Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.

Refunds are not applicable if you have received your order and have changed your mind or purchased by mistake.

Refunds are only available if your product arrives not as described, if it is broken or if it never arrives.

 

You will be required to cover the shipping cost of the return

 

To start a return, you can contact us at myhousemyhome696@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form and the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
