Return policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. As such, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and to be confident with your shopping experience with us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note, this does not apply to accessories. There are no returns offered for accessories purchased as a stand alone order. For example the Dimmer Switch accessory for the Festoon Lights, when the Festoon Lights were not purchased from our store as part of the order or the Additional Brush Heads for the Cordless Power Scrubber if the Cordless Power Scrubber was not purchased from our store.
Eligibility
We will offer an exchange, a store credit or a refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
- Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
and - You have your receipt or proof of purchase; and
- Items are in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in its original and undamaged packaging.
Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.
Refunds are not applicable if you have received your order and have changed your mind or purchased by mistake.
Refunds are only available if your product arrives not as described, if it is broken or if it never arrives.
You will be required to cover the shipping cost of the return
To start a return, you can contact us at myhouse.enquiries@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form and the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless negotiated due to fault) or gift cards. Contact us if you need assistance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
